The price per person is $2,230.00 AUD

Booking price includes pick up and drop off at Toulouse or Carcassonne airport. All meals, entrance fees and tour transportation.

Places are limited to 19 persons per tour so please book early to avoid disappointment.

If demand exceeds expectations, we will arrange additional tour dates to cater for those unable to attend or be accommodated on the advertised tours.

ACCOMADATION

You will be staying in the idyllic L’Evêché Hotel (the Old Bishop's Palace) in the historic Alet-les-Bains

Breakfast and a 3 course evening dinner will be served at the hotel.

Lunch will be at various places depending on that particular day's itinerary and for convenience may sometimes be a freshly made packed lunch.

FLIGHT ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

PICK UP WILL BE FROM TOULOUSE BLAGNAC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (TOULOUSE, FRANCE) AT 1 - 2 O'CLOCK SO PLEASE ARRANGE FOR YOUR FLIGHT TO EITHER ARRIVE THE DAY BEFORE THE TOUR STARTS OR A FLIGHT TO ENSURE YOU WILL MEET THE PICK UP TIME.

THOSE FLYING TO SALVAZA AIRPORT IN CARCASSONE MUST BOOK A FLIGHT SO THEY ARRIVE IN TIME TO BE PICKED UP BETWEEN 2 - 3 O'CLOCK ON DAY OF TOUR.

DEPARTURES MUST BE BOOKED FOR AFTER 11AM - PASSENGERS BOOKING FLIGHTS BEFORE THIS TIME WILL HAVE TO MAKE THEIR OWN TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS TO THE AIRPORT. WE WILL DROP YOU OFF AT YOUR AIRPORT BY 9AM FOR YOUR FLIGHT..

Single & Sharing Occupancy

Prices are based on some people sharing a room but if you would prefer a single room please state this at the time of booking. Also if you are a couple and require a double bed please state this at time of booking. If you are travailing with a friend/s and wish to share the same room, please also state this at time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's preference.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD (towards hotel reservation, restaurant reservations, etc.,) is required to reserve your place on the tour and is to be paid by February 30th. If you find for some reason you are unable to make it, but your Tour reservation is filled by another person, we will then be able to make a refund.

You will then receive an email confirmation of your booking once your deposit has been received.

When you pay your deposit please include THESE DETAILS: Tour 1 or 2, your name, city of residence and country, telephone number/s, emergency contact, and any special dietary or health needs.

A non-refundable deposit of $530 AUD is to be paid as soon as possible but before February 30th for Tour 1 and by March 30th for Tour 2

A further installment of $850 AUD is to be paid by February 30th for Tour 1 and by March 30th for Tour 2

The remaining balance of $1980 AUD is to be paid by March 30th for Tour 1 and by April 30th for Tour 2

 A $50 AUD discount is available to those paying the full amount at the time of booking = £1350 USD

Payment is through Paypal, if you don't have a Paypal account it is free and easy to set up and none of your card details are revealed to us.

Although paying through Paypal is preferred, you can also purchase these items with you credit/debit card. Just click the PAY BY CREDIT CARD option below.
