The price per person is $2350 USD
Booking price includes pick up and drop off at Toulouse or Carcassonne airport. All meals, entrance fees and tour transportation.
A 10% discount is available to those paying the full amount at the time of booking
If you would like to arrange your own hotel, food, etc. and just join me on the daily tours, the price per person will be $820 GBP - pay deposit as normal but indicate this option on the payment form or by email. I will then send you two dated invoices for $310 USD |

ACCOMADATION
|
You will be staying in the idyllic L’Evêché Hotel (the Old Bishop's Palace) in the historic Alet-les-Bains
Breakfast and a 3 course evening dinner will be served at the hotel.
Lunch will be at various places depending on that particular day's itinerary and for convenience may sometimes be a freshly made packed lunch.
L’Evêché Hotel is a former 16th-century Bishop's palace set in 3 hectares of shaded grounds. If you are looking for tranquility and well-being, you will certainly find it in their comfortable rooms.

Single & Sharing Occupancy
Prices are based on some people sharing a room but if you would prefer a single room please state this at the time of booking. Also if you are a couple and require a double room please state this at time of booking. If you are travailing with a friend/s and wish to share the same room, please also state this at time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's preference.

FLIGHT ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
PICK UP WILL BE FROM TOULOUSE BLAGNAC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (TOULOUSE, FRANCE) AT 1 - 2 O'CLOCK SO PLEASE ARRANGE FOR YOUR FLIGHT TO EITHER ARRIVE THE DAY BEFORE THE TOUR STARTS OR A FLIGHT TO ENSURE YOU WILL MEET THE PICK UP TIME.
THOSE FLYING TO SALVAZA AIRPORT IN CARCASSONE MUST BOOK A FLIGHT SO THEY ARRIVE IN TIME TO BE PICKED UP BETWEEN 2 - 3 O'CLOCK ON DAY OF TOUR.
DEPARTURES MUST BE BOOKED FOR AFTER 11AM - PASSENGERS BOOKING FLIGHTS BEFORE THIS TIME WILL HAVE TO MAKE THEIR OWN TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS TO THE AIRPORT. WE WILL DROP YOU OFF AT YOUR AIRPORT BY 9AM FOR YOUR FLIGHT THE DAY FOLLOWING YOUR LAST TOUR DATE. EXAMPLE - THE TOUR IN SEPTEMBER - 10th - 16th 2011 - BOOK YOUR RETURN FLIGHT FOR 17TH SEPTEMBER |
| PAYMENT DETAILS |
A non-refundable deposit of $200 (towards hotel reservation, restaurant reservations, minibus hire, etc.,) is required to reserve your place on the tour and is to be paid by July 20th 2011. If you find for some reason you are unable to make it, but your Tour reservation is filled by another person, we will then be able to make a refund.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking once your deposit has been received.
When you pay your deposit please include your name, city of residence and country, telephone number/s, emergency contact, and any special dietary or health needs.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 USD is to be paid as soon as possible but before July 20th 2011
A further installment of $1075 USD is to be paid by August 10th 2011
The remaining balance of $1075 USD September 1st 2011 is to be paid by September 1st 2011

Payment is through Paypal, if you don't have a Paypal account it is free and easy to set up and none of your card details are revealed to us.
Although paying through Paypal is preferred, you can also purchase these items with you credit/debit card. Just click the PAY BY CREDIT CARD option below. Click the add to cart button linked to your purchase. When you have finished shopping, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button - then fill in your card details - then click the REVIEW ORDER AND CONTINUE button. (Paypal charge 3% for credit/debit card payments and this is added on to the price.) Please note that your card details are never revealed to us.

MULTIPLE BOOKING
If you are paying for more than one person, simply increase the number of bookings in your shopping cart. For reservation purposes please supply the names of all people paid for in a multiple booking at the time of payment. This can be in a separate email if you prefer, quoting your booking reference number received after payment.
